Adrenaline Addiction – the hidden cause of much of the stress in our lives.

In our achievement-oriented society, stress and its resulting impact on our health is a major problem, particularly amongst women because more and more women are in the workforce while still maintaining their roles as wives, mothers and homemakers.  We focus on stress and its related illnesses – chronic fatigue, lupus, etc or we beat ourselves up for our poor time management skills.  We criticize ourselves because we don’t produce enough.  We blame ourselves for being disorganized, overwhelmed, procrastinating or being late not realizing that adrenaline addiction is the real problem.

It is time to bring Adrenaline Addiction out of the closet so that professional women can achieve success and improve the quality of their lives while maintaining their health and wellbeing.

A recovering Adrenaline Addict herself, Adoley tells us about this insidious "addiction" that affects so many of us and shares the recovery program that she developed that has helped so many people gain control over their lives and their health.

Adoley Odunton is a master of transformation and has empowered thousands of people to make lasting and positive life changes.  She has successfully transitioned between continents, careers and lifestyles, to achieve success, balance and fulfillment and gives others the tools to do the same.

About Adoley
Adoley earned a Masters Degree in English from Oxford University. She began her career, first as a television star in England, then as a producer in Hollywood where she mastered the art of “making things happen”. At Embassy Television, CBS and Republic Pictures, she supervised the production of over 40 movies for television.  A physical breakdown due to constantly “running on empty” led to a reassessment of her life and a spiritual calling.  She became a spiritual life coach (trained by Michael Beckwith (The Secret), a hypnotherapist, an NLP master, a yoga instructor and an author.

Her book, "Confessions of an Adrenaline Addict: How to Achieve More with Less Effort" exposes the misconceived beliefs and habits that create stress, anxiety and fatigue in our lives. It provides a blueprint for new behaviors that guarantee productivity and effectiveness while creating a life of greater ease.

For 3 years, Adoley co-owned and directed a team of hypnotherapists that delivered programs in stress reduction, weight loss and peak performance to over 4,000 clients.  Prior to that, her company Synergy Unlimited, conducted seminars on stress reduction, life balance, time management and peak performance for major corporations such as Amgen, Boeing, Staples and Northrup.  She is also a professional speaker and has given keynotes at universities, Women’s Associations and National Conferences.

Adoley’s company,Healthier Livingis one of the leading providers of information integral to living a life based on spiritual principles. Healthier Livingproduces a quarterly teleseminar series in which Adoley interviews leading experts addressing holistic approaches to a healthy mind, body and spirit. Adoley attributes the success and balance she now experiences to letting go of the drive to “make things happen” and surrendering to a life “lived through inspiration” - a process she now teaches and inspires in others through her popular program InspirActionNow.
